OnePlus 12 may have 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging

The much-anticipated OnePlus 12 is about to officially launch But before that, we caught this flagship smartphone on the China's Quality Certification (CQC) website which suggests that this upcoming device might have 100W fast charging support. Recently we have got a leak which suggests that this device might have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC chipset.
According to MySmartPrice, the global variant of the OnePlus 12 is marked with the model number CPH2581 on CQC certification. On the same website, we have seen a 100W fast charging on this smartphone. OnePlus is always known for its top-notch features and specs.
The CQC certification website has leaked all the specs of its charging features in a listing. OnePlus 12 is rumored to support 10W (5V/2A), 80W (11V/7.3A), and a mind-blowing 100W (11V/9.1A) fast charging via USB Type-C. Expect your OnePlus 12 to be all charged up at the speed of light so you don't have any hassle while you are in a rush.
This isn't the first time the OnePlus 12 has leaked on a certification platform. The Chinese variant had already exhibited a charger that supported 100W wired charging, following in the footsteps of the OnePlus 11.
The OnePlus 12 will run on Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC chipset and features a top-notch BOE X1 OLED LTPO display with a 2K resolution screen. The primary camera may carry a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.
While China's model might witness the OnePlus 12's grand entrance next month, the global stage is likely reserved for January. OnePlus is playing it reserved with the same launch date, but the leaks are determined. The global variant is expected to run on the latest Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 skin.
It may carry a triple rear camera setup where the primary camera is a 50-megapixel sensor, while the selfie camera is a 32-megapixel sensor. Talking about the battery backup it may have a 5,400mAh battery pack that may support both 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
