OnePlus Nord N100 with 90Hz Refresh-Rate Display budget-friendly phones

Updated: November 26, 2020 20:52

The most popular smartphone company "OnePlus" is coming with an updated version of OnePlus Nord, named OnePlus Nord N100, Which has the feature of a 90Hz Refresh-Rate display, even although it was announced on the launch that it will have a standard 60Hz refresh rate display. But now we got some new reports that conformed "techowish" that this phone will have the latest 90Hz display. Which is going to target the gaming community because OnePlus Nord will be the budget-friendly smartphone.

All the company knew that many gamers of PUBG Mobile, Call Of Duty Mobile, and Fortnite Mobile are there in the globe. Especially in the Indian market from 2019 many phones have been sold by smartphone companies only because of PUBG Mobile.

In the early version, the company launched OnePlus Nord N10 5G which has a 90Hz display option. But OnePlus spokesperson has confirmed that the OnePlus Nord N100 does come with a 90Hz display, but doesn't deliver that framerate at a constant time.
The 90Hz Refresh-Rate option was seen in the phone settings which launched in the UK.

OnePlus started implementing its phones with high refresh rate display settings since the OnePlus 7 Pro launched. We all know that OnePlus Nord and OnePlus Nord N10 5G come with 90Hz displays even they are budget-friendly phones. But we have no hits way OnePlus has advertised this OnePlus Nord N100 at the launch event with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. But, according to a new report by Android Authority officials confirmed the confusion in the UK, that it can deliver a 90Hz refresh rate.

The reason behind the way OnePlus has not said this thing official that the specifications of the OnePlus Nord N100 may not be able to deliver the 90Hz Refresh-Rate experience in all the scenarios. This smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, Adreno 610 GPU, with 4GB of RAM. That features a HD+ (720x1,600 pixels) display. Still, the phone has the option to switch between 60Hz and 90Hz.
We have no proper clarity that enabling 90Hz is regards to the performance of the phone and that reduces the battery life of the phone.
