Oppo F15 launced price in India, launch offers specifications

Oppo has launched his new phone in India on Thursday name Oppo F15 and it is the company's latest smartphone targeted at the young generation customers. The F15 comes with quad rear camera setup and features with an AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch design. Oppo has also given some features such as artificial intelligence (AI) on back video beautification to attract youngsters in the country. The Oppo phone comes with a thin build finish that has a 7.9mm thickness and a light-reflection back cover that comes in two different shades. Other key highlights of the new Oppo F15 are that they include image stabilization through EIS and hardware-based on anti-shake technology, 8GB of RAM, and DC Screen Dimming 2.0 technology along with eye protection features certification TÜV Rheinland. The phone also has some preloaded gaming features such as Gaming Boost 2.0, Gaming Voice Changer, and In-Game Noise Cancelling Effects. Another outstanding feature of the Oppo F15 is its in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Oppo F15 comes with the price in India at Rs. 19,990 on the Amazon.in for the single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The smartphone comes with the color Lightning Black and Unicorn White color options. Furthermore, it will go on pre-orders starting today, with the sale scheduled for January 24 on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Oppo.in online store, and offline retailers in the country.

Launch offers on the F15 include a one-time screen replacement but it is until January 26 and a five percent cashback on ICICI Bank, HDFC, and Yes Bank customers can purchase the phone by offline retailers. There will also the zero downpayment options on the Bajaj Finserv. Besides, Jio users will get 100 percent of additional data benefits.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo F15 runs on Android 9 Pie with its operating software name ColorOS 6.1.2 on top and features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with the 20:9 aspect ratio. The Oppo F15 comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection in the front and includes the In-Display Fingerprint scanner 3.0 that is touted to unlock the screen in just 0.32 seconds 20 percent faster than the previous generation of the Oppo smartphones. Under the back cover, there is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 (MT6771V) SoC, paired with Mali G72 MP3 GPU and 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The Oppo F15 comes with the quad rear camera setup at the back that contains a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, along with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.25 ultra-wide-angle lens that has an FoV (field-of-view) of 119 degrees. There is also a 2-megapixel sensor for capturing portrait and monochrome shots, with f/2.4 lenses.

For the selfies, the Oppo F15 has a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front along with an f/2.0 lens. There are also some preloaded camera features such as AI Video Beautification and Gender and Age Detection. Further, the phone has a Night Portrait Mode and a Bokeh effect Mode to utilize the 2-megapixel image sensors at the back.

In terms of storage, Oppo F15 has provided 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage on the F15 that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Connectivity options embrace 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
