Google Pixel 7 and the Google Pixel 7 Pro confirmed launch event 2022

The most used search engine coampany Google is going to launch a new generation of the Google Pixel 7 series today 6th October 2022. Before this, the company launched Google Pixel 6a with Google Tensor SoC and a Titan M2 security coprocessor in May this year for Indian markets. The coampany will introduce these Pixel 7 series smartphones and Google's first smartwatch that is inspired by Fitbit inspire2 at the ‘Made By Google' event. Google has published a short video on YouTube where we saw three colour options that are available in this smartphone. The company will sell this new Pixel 7 series on Flipkart which is usually what Google does with their physical products. They often neglect Amazon to sell their product in India. The published video shows only the rear panel of the smartphone which carries a triple rear camera with Google's Tensor G2 SoC chipset.

The previous Google Pixel 6a also carries the same chip but there would be some differences with the upgrade of the model.

Hands-on videos of the latest Google Pixel 7 Pro also leaked that show a Hazel colour variant on the rear panel of the phone with a glossy finish and a copper-coloured camera strip that give a premium look to the camera module.

We can easily compare the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC or Snapdragon 888+ SoC with this new gen Pixel 7, as we have seen these chips in the previous Pixel 6 last year. Although the Google Tensor G2 SoC chipset is lagging compared to the other premium smartphones in image signal processor (ISP) and AI performance. We hope the coampany has fixed these types of issues in its new Pixel 7 phone.

Google has now confirmed the ‘Made By Google' event at 6:15 PM in India on the 6th of October 2022. The Pixel 7 series will carry two models with them that is Google Pixel 7 and the Google Pixel 7 Pro variant.
