Nubia Red Magic 5S With 144Hz Display Launch Price, Specifications

The well-known gaming smartphone manufacturing company Nubia is coming with the upgraded version named Nubia Red Magic 5S. Which has announced to be launch as the newest segment of the Red Magic brand of gaming smartphones, after the Red Magic 5G and Red Magic 5G Lite. This new phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. This smartphone also comes with some of the upgraded features like a cooling system called ICE 4.0 that is supported by a centrifugal fan with a speed of up to 15,000rpm. The new Nubia Red Magic 5S comes with IC shoulder buttons, which gives better gaming experiences. As, every gamer knows that games with high graphic settings like PUBG Mobile (PUBGM), Fortnite Mobile, and Call Of Duty Mobile (CODM) produce lots of heat from the phone. That's the way every gaming smartphone manufacturing company thinks about the perfect cooling system in their mobile phones.
And for the camera lovers will get triple rear cameras, with a 64-megapixel primary lens sensor. Besides, the Red Magic 5S offers up to 256GB of onboard storage.

This phone comes with a dual-SIM (Nano) Nubia Red Magic 5S runs on the latest OS Android 10 with a Nubia UI (Red Magic OS) skin on top. This phone features a 6.65-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) AMOLED display with a 19:5:9 aspect ratio, a 144Hz refresh rate screen, and 240Hz touch response rate. The display also has TUV Rheinland certification and up to 4,096 levels of automatic illumination adjustment settings. The Nubia Red Magic 5S comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC that has the highest clock speed of 2.84GHz, coupled with up to a massive 16GB LPDDR5 RAM.
In the photos and videos section, the new Nubia Red Magic 5S offers a similar triple rear camera setup that exists on the Red Magic 5G. It has the 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary lens along with an f/1.8, paired with an 8-megapixel secondary lens that has a 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel lens for the macro shooter. The phone also comes with an 8-megapixel selfie camera lens at the front.
This new Nubia Red Magic 5S comes with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage that doesn't support an increase via a microSD card. In the Connectivity options, it comes with all the common features including 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also a dedicated connector for the Icy Dock which cools the phone. Sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Nubia has provided its exclusive ICE 4.0 system that uses a mixture of both thermal and air cooling to reduce heat generation while gaming. The phone has a centrifugal fan that is paired with a silver-plated heat sink. Also, there is an L-shaped liquid cooling tube to dissipate heat from many components.
The new Red Magic 5S packs a massive 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W air-cooled fast charging technology. Moreover, the phone measures 168.56x78x9.75mm and weigh 220 grams.

Nubia Red Magic 5S price:

Nubia Red Magic 5S price has been set in China at CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 40,600) in India for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, for 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs. 47,000) and the top model which is 16GB RAM + 256GB storage model priced at CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 53,400). There is also a dedicated Ice Dock cooling accessory for gamers that is priced at CNY 179 (roughly Rs. 1,900). This phone has an Ice Wind Silver color option that isn't available with the top-end model, whereas its Cyber Neon shade option is limited to the 12GB and 16GB RAM variants. All its models and color variants will go on sale in China starting August 1.
