The Chinese smartphone manufacturing company Oppo has officially confirmed that they will be going to introduce their new phone named Oppo Reno Ace2 5G in China on 13th April. This smartphone comes after Oppo Reno Ace was introduced back in October 2019 by the company. On Weibo, Oppo VP Brian Shen said to techOwish that the Oppo Reno Ace, the first generation of the Oppo Ace series smartphone was introduced 180 days back which features the first 65W super flash charge technology along with a 90Hz refresh rate display. Now the company is gearing up to bring Ace2, which is sovereign of the Reno series.
The Oppo Reno Ace2 comes with all new trending punch-hole design displays that carry the selfie camera at the top left corner of the smartphone and has a very slim bezel across all corners. It is said to pack with a quad-camera arranged in the circular module at the back. The smartphone will come with a 6.5-inch full HD+ AMOLED display that will have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. This phone is measured 160 x 75.4 x 8.6 mm and weighs 185 grams. This flagship smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC covered with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The Reno Ace2 will work on the latest Android 10 OS cover with ColorOS 7 skin. As we all know that this is the 2020 smartphone version it has to comes with the 5G technology. The Oppo claimes that it will dabble the batteries back up, one of which is a 1,955-mAh unit supported by the 65W fast-charging technology. The Oppo is focusing to create a gaming-centric smartphone series under the Ace lineup, while the Reno lineup will continue to focus on providing a flagship camera experience. Since the launch date is just a few days away, we should know more details about Oppo Ace 2 in the upcoming weeks.
