Poco X6 Neo may launch in India with a 108-megapixel camera sensor

Xiaomi subsidiary brand Poco is now ready to launch a new smartphone Poco X6 Neo in India soon. The company has teased the launch of an upcoming Neo model but has not confirmed the model name yet. We are expecting that the company will give the new Poco of this upcoming Neo model. In the recent leaks, some features are disclosed of this upcoming smartphone. According to sources, the phone in question is assumed to be a rebranded version of the popular Redmi Note 13R Pro smartphone. This suggests that the new device may carry the same features as its predecessor, such as its powerful processor, high-quality camera, and long-lasting battery life which provides all-day long battery backup. With these specifications and features, this phone is likely to be a highly competitive option in the current crowded smartphone market.

Tipster Paras Guglani, with the username @passionategeekz, recently shared on X.com (previously known as Twitter) that the Poco X6 Neo is expected to launch in India within the next 10 days, by March 17th that he is expecting. According to him, the phone will carry 8GB of RAM and two storage options. It will be available in three different colour alternatives. He mentioned that the phone's expected price in India is below Rs. 18,000 which will be the most competitive price from the company officials.

As per a previous source, the Poco X6 Neo is expected to have an OLED display, a primary rear sensor of 108-megapixel, and support fast charging of 33W wired. The phone could carry a 5,000mAh massive battery pack. Some leaks suggested that the phone could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13R Pro, which features a dual rear camera.

The phone was seen in orange colour with a sparkly finish body. The rectangular rear camera module slightly protrudes from the top left corner, housing two vertically aligned camera sensors and an LED flash unit. The right edge of the handset features the volume button and the power button.

Whereas the Redmi Note 13R Pro carries a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC chipset processor, a 6.67-inch 120Hz full-HD+ OLED display features a 5,000mAh battery pack that also supports 33W wired fast charging. The company has provided a dual rear camera where a 108-megapixel sensor is placed, and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies. It was launched in China in November 2023 last year. We expect the same phone to be rebranded as Poco X6 Neo in India.
