RedmiBook Pro 15 with Thunderbolt ports 8K video on a single output

The subsidiary brand of Xiaomi, Redmi has launched its new laptop RedmiBook Pro 15. The laptop will be the model of the first 2022 laptops under the Redmi brand. The company has also launched its Redmi K50 series phones via a virtual event on March 17. The latest RedmiBook of 2022 comes with all the upgraded features at present that fulfill all the requirements of a user. The company has given a powerful i5 Intel 12th Gen / i7 Intel processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU. The i5 Intel 12th Gen processor model is paired with Intel UHD Graphics GPU. The company has given a premium design look with minimal bezels around the corner. Which makes the laptop more impressive in looks. This RedmiBook Pro 15 will be the perfect laptop for the basic user like small games and other tasks that can be performed on these laptops. It may not be made to perform tasks like gaming in high definition and 4K video editing.

RedmiBook Pro 15 price India and variant options

The company has set the price of RedmiBook Pro 15 at CNY 5,599 in China, whereas it comes to approximately Rs. 67,000 in India for the i5 Intel Core 12th generation processor with Intel UHD Graphics GPU. And the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU model with the same processor is priced at CNY 6,799 in China, which comes to Rs. 81,400 in India. The RedmiBook Pro 15 of 2022 laptop i7 Intel 12th generation processor with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU model priced at CNY 7,499 in China, approximately Rs. 89,780 in India.

The company will start selling on March 24 in China. Redmi is providing a liner bag and a mouse pad for the first 300 customers that make the final payment under the 300 mark sale. Yet the company has not made any official announcement about the availability in the global market including India. But we expected that the company will bring this RedmiBook Pro 15 to India soon.

RedmiBook Pro 15 specification and features

The main highlighting feature in this latest RedmiBook Pro 15 is it will run on the latest Windows 11 operating system that is designed to be compatible with all the device's screens and pried with every single device without any interruption. The all-new RedmiBook Pro 15 features a 15.6-inch IPS display with 3,200x2,000 pixels of resolution. This display has 400 nits of peak brightness with 100 percent sRGB colour gamut by 16:10 aspect ratio. For the performance, that company has provided i5-12450H and i7-12650H Intel Core processor with Intel UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 GPU respectively.
The RedmiBook Pro 15 2022 laptop carries 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM that has a 5,200MHz of frequency. The same configuration of RAM is present in all three models. It comes with 512GB of high-speed internal storage. The company has given four Thunderbolt ports that can support dual 4K video output or 8K video on a single output.

It has an HDMI 2.0 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired connectivity, and Bluetooth v5.2, 2.4GHz/ 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6 for wireless connectivity.

The RedmiBook Pro 15 comes with a 72Whr battery, that can deliver up to 12 hours of battery life on a single charge as per the company claims. The laptop just carries 1.8kg of weight and it measures 350.1x242.3x14.9mm in dimensions.
