Xiaomi Mi Mix 5G Alpha With Surround Display Of Rs 2 Lakh In India

Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha 5G concept phone has been officially unveiled. Xiaomi at the launch event in China on Tuesday, this smartphone of Xiaomi pushes all the boundaries of what can be done with a new look in the innovation of the smartphone's display. On the other hand, Samsung and Huawei are making their foldable smartphones, but Xiaomi is not going to take the same path as foldable. Even though some time ago the company has already revealed that they are working on one of the folding smartphones. But Xiaomi takes a sudden U-turn to all the 180% display segment of the smartphones. They use a flexible display in Mi Mix Alpha to offer the Surround Display experience that leads to very few bezels on the top and bottom.
According to Xiaomi, the Mi Mix Alpha display wraps around the phone like a gift box and acquires many areas in the entire body. But it barring a stripe at the back of the body where cameras are placed. Xiaomi has confirmed that the device will use sensors and AI algorithms to detect which side and where you are looking at the phone and at that point they light up the screen and show content. The phone also doesn't include any type of physical side buttons in the body as other smartphones have.
Xiaomi said in a statement. A brand-new display that replaces the traditional technology of the earpiece receiver and proximity sensor is placed at the side body of the device and is pressure-sensitive and leverages a linear motor that touch-simulates real buttons.
Among other key highlights, Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is the company's first smartphone with the 108-megapixel which is provided by the Samsung camera sensor and the phone body uses a combination of titanium alloy material, ceramics, and sapphire for its build body. As we can not see the inner body of the phone except the back strip it has to be built with rigid materials that secure the life of the phone from damage.

Mi Mix Alpha Launched Price, And Availability:

Xiaomi says that Mi Mix Alpha will be treated as a concept device and they not planning to start mass production at this time. They will only produce a limited number of phones in this segment at the end of December. That will cost around CNY 19,999 which is around (approx Rs. 2,00,000) in the Indian currency. After that, the phone will be displayed in the various company stores for the customer to check out and appreciate.

The dual-SIM with (Nano Sim) Mi Mix Alpha runs on Xiaomi's MIUI Alpha operating system and features a 7.92-inch flexible OLED display with a 2088x2250 pixels resolution. The brain of the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC, connected with 12GB of RAM, and a 4,050mAh battery which is normal with 40W fast charging support.
Other specifications, It consists of a triple rear camera setup on the strip that includes a 108-megapixel camera which is provided by a Samsung HMX sensor, a 20-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel camera for portraits.
