The phone made for gaming is here with the latest updates Red Magic 6 series this gaming smartphone has been revealed in China and this series carries two handsets Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 Pro. These are the flagship phone with a Snapdragon 888 SoC chipset including the highest refresh rate display. The Red Magic 6 and the Red Magic 6 Pro are available in multiple RAM and storage variant options. This phone comes in two colour variant choices each. Both the phones come with Tencent Games branding at the back of the phone. The Red Magic 6 series phones, like their ancestors, also comes with active cooling for the heat sink. All-new Red Magic 6 is priced at CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 42,700) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant options and CNY 4,099 (approximately Rs. 46,000) for the 12GB + 128GB variant. Both the variant is available in Carbon Fibre Black colour option.
Other variant with Cyber Neon colour 12GB + 128GB configuration, and the high end option 12GB + 256GB configuration that priced CNY 4,399 (approximately Rs. 49,500).

All-new Red Magic 6 Pro is priced at CNY 4,399 for the 12GB RAM + 128GB storage variant options, CNY 4,799 (approximately Rs. 54,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant and CNY 5,299 (approximately Rs. 59,600) for the 16GB + 256GB variant option. All the variants is available in Black Iron and Ice Blade Silver colours option.
The Transparent Edition of Red Magic 6 Pro is priced at CNY 5,599 (approximately Rs. 63,000) for 16GB + 256GB model and CNY 6,599 (approximately Rs. 74,200) for the 18GB + 512GB model.

Red Magic 6 specifications and features

The key specifications of the all-new Red Magic 6 come with a dual-SIM (Nano) slot which runs on the Android 11 operating system with RedMagic OS 4.0 skin on top. It highlights a 6.8-inch fullHD+(1,080x2,400 pixels) display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 500Hz single finger touch sampling rate, and 360Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate display. This phone can boast of a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, SGS high brush low smear, and SGS Low Blue Light Eye Care certifications. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and Adreno 660 GPU with higher 12GBof LPDDR5 RAM onboard and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.

Talking about the cameras, this phone comes with a triple rear camera setup at the back on the new Red Magic 6 which owns a 64-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel sensor for an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel for a macro shooter lens. And for the selfie camera in front, there is a tiny sensor housing in the top bezel with no notch, hole-punch cutout, or a pop-up selfie camera.

The company Nubia has provided the most powerful cooling system that they call ICE6.0. Which carries an 18,000-rpm high-speed centrifugal fan, a cooling canyon air duct, superconducting copper foil, thermal gel, graphene, and a VC heat sink to keep the phone cool under load.

The Red Magic 6 Pro carries the same specifications and features as the Red Magic 6. The different thing is a 7-layer multi-dimensional cooling system that includes a faster 20,000 rpm high-speed centrifugal fan and extra aviation-grade cooling ice blade. It goes up to 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The Red Magic 6 Pro has a smaller 4,500mAh battery likely to Red Magic 6 but it also supports a faster 120W charging technology.
