The all-new Realme Dizo smartwatch comes with a 1.4-inch (320x320 pixels) TFT display that has a maximum of 600 nits brightness and the display has a 323ppi pixel per density. The watch has a PPG sensor to monitor real-time heart rate. The watch can also track blood oxygen levels or SpO2 levels. This smartwatch has no medical certification that makes the data more relevant.
It has 90 preloaded sports modes that help you track the activities like walking, cycling both indoors and outdoors, running, spinning, hiking, basketball, cricket, yoga, rowing, elliptical, strength training, etc. The smartwatch also records all the daily, weekly exercise time durations and calorie consumption in the various activities.
